REGISTRATION INFORMATION
A secure site is provided for registration online. Payment can be made at the time of registration by credit card (visa or mastercard). All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. ASN Events support responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.
For those who do not wish to pay by credit card, two alternatives are offered. Payment be made by cheque (by yourself or your organisation), or alternatively if you are a member of a group of registrants, as a single payment for the whole group. Group members must include the name of their Group Leader and their email address.  Direct debit information is available from the ASN Office once you are registered.

The Member rates apply to those who are current financial members of the Australasian Society of Immunology. To be eligible for the Student rate, delegates must be engaged in full time academic study. Trade Registrations include all of the above except a satchel. It does not include a conference dinner ticket.  Some trade passes are included with your exhibition space, and additional ones are available to purchase. Details will be found in your exhibitor manual A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176.  All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before 6th November 2009. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Early Bird Payments - If your registration was made before the early bird deadline expiry, but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by two weeks after the deadline, the early bird discount will be removed.
Changes - Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be directed in an email to the conference secretariat who will endeavor to accommodate the request.
Insurance  - The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.     

ASI MEMBERSHIP
You can now join ASI or renew your ASI membership by clicking on www.immunology.org.au Membership includes non-optional on-line journal subscription to Immunology & Cell Biology. If you wish to receive a printed hard copy of Immunology & Cell Biology, please include in your membership fee payment an additional $31.90 for members residing in Australia or $29 for overseas members. All fees (except Overseas memberships) include 10% GST and are shown in Australian dollars. Interim membership is provided for new (first time) members joining in the second half of the year. Not available to those who have been a member at any time in the past.
