Registration for FIMSA 2009 has temporarily closed as the meeting may be now fully subscribed. Please check back on this site on Wednesday 23rd September for the next update.

Registration for the course will cover return transfers from Holt Street Wharf to Tangalooma, all accommodation, meals, course tuition, course materials, and dolphin feeding. Several other activities will be able to be undertaken at additional expense.

Member Registrations
You are eligible to receive the member registration rate if you are a member of any of the following societies:
Australasian Society for Immunology (ASI) - Become an ASI member
Society for Immunology located in Taipei
Japanese Society for Immunology
Thailand Society for Immunology 
Chinese Society for Immunology
PNG Society for Immunology
The Korean Association of Immunobiologists
Iranian Society for Immunology
Indian Immunology Society
Hong Kong Society for Immunology

PAYMENTS:
Payment can be made at the time of registration by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. ASN supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.
For those who do not wish to pay by credit card, two alternatives are offered. Payment be made by cheque (by yourself or your organisation), or alternatively if you are a member of a group of registrants, as a single payment for the whole group. Group members must include the name of their Group Leader and their email address.
International delegates - payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by bank cheques in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian Bank.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
Immediately upon completion of online registration, you will be sent a lodgement confirmation email which includes a tax invoice as an attachment. Within 2 working days of your registration you will be sent a registration confirmation email by an ASN Events staff member. If you do not receive both of these please contact the ASN Events office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Early Bird Payments
- If your registration was made before the early bird deadline expiry (18th September 2009), but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by two weeks after the deadline, the early bird discount will be removed.
Changes - Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be directed in an email to the conference secretariat who will endeavor to accommodate the request.
Cancellation Policy - Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before 6th November 2009. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
Insurance  - The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation
