There is no additional charge for accommodation or transfers. This is an attempt to reduce any financial barriers that might otherwise prevent postgraduate research students from attending.

In registering for this event you are being automatically booked on the launch transfer leaving Holt Street Wharf at 10am on the 3rd and the launch transfer leaving Tangalooma at 2pm on the 6th December. If you require transfers but are unable to make this specific time please indicate this during the registration process.  

It also means you are automatically assigned accommodation from the 3rd to the 6th of December at Tangalooma Resort. Share accommodation is being provided for conference delegates at the Tangalooma Resort. Please note: Everyone is sharing accommodation besides invited faculty. Rooms will be automatically allocated.
